Where's my ticket?
Your confirmation email is your ticket. Here's what's in it, how to find it again, and how check-in works at the event.
Your confirmation email is your ticket
The moment you register, we email a confirmation to the address you registered with. It has everything you need: your confirmation code, your ticket details, the event time and location with directions, and Add to calendar buttons (a Google Calendar link plus an attached calendar file for Apple Calendar and Outlook). There is nothing else to download and no account you need to create.
Registering for someone else? The confirmation goes to whichever email address was entered at registration, so double-check it before you submit.
Can't find the email? Three places to look
First, search your inbox for the event's name or for NeighborlyEvents. Second, check your spam or promotions folder, since a first email from a new sender sometimes lands there. Third, if you may have typed your email with a mistake, the message went to that address instead, so just come to the event anyway: the organizer can find your registration by your name.
Still nothing? Use the Contact support button below and tell us the event name. We'll track your registration down.
Check in at the event
Show your confirmation email at the door, or simply give your name. The check-in team looks you up on their list, and your confirmation code works too. You don't need a signal at the gate, and neither do they: check-in keeps working offline.
What you'll be handed at check-in
Some events hand things out at the door: a wristband, a meal ticket, a band for the kids' area, drink tickets. When an organizer has set those up, the check-in team sees exactly what your party gets the moment you're checked in, along with what each item is for, so you don't need to ask. Anything marked for a station (the food table, say) is redeemed by showing the same confirmation code or QR again there. Some items you can use yourself: tap Use 1 on your ticket page or in the app while you're in line, and the screen that appears is your ticket for the next two minutes — hold it up at the table.
In the app, your ticket lists what you'll receive before you arrive, and afterwards how much of it you've used — handy when you're not sure whether the second plate was included.
Want a scannable pass? That's the app and wallets
If your community uses the NeighborlyEvents mobile app, your ticket appears there as a QR code that renders on your phone and scans with no connection. From the app you can also add the ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. All of that is optional: the email alone always gets you in.
